I have tried many apps for Maps but I always come back to Google Maps – very accurate and providing a host of features that are rarely matched by the other apps.

Bought a new phone – awesome! But how does one restore data from the old phone onto the new one?

If you’re using the Google Now Launcher, your home screen background, icon and widget layout as well as folder structure is now saved to the cloud, allowing you to restore your settings to a new handset and retain your home screen layout. Besides, all your apps, widgets and their settings are also saved. Just go to Settings – Backup & Reset – Backup My Data – turn it on!
